Wedding photography in Cornwall for couples who want to enjoy themselves!

fun // creative // natural // unobtrusive

Hi! I’m Paul Fox, a wedding photographer in Cornwall.

I’ve been telling stories with my documentary wedding photography for the past 6 years. I love my job!

Wedding photography to me is all about stories. After the confetti has been thrown, the cake eaten, and the thank you cards sent, one of the most important things you will have left are your wedding photos, because photographs spark memories. Make them count. Let me tell the story of your wedding day. A story about a happy couple and all those that they care about crammed into one place for one day.

I’m not a bossy person, I won’t take over your wedding day, I will let your wedding flow as it should. But throughout the day I will be there quietly capturing all the moments, with creativity and style, ensuring your wedding has the photography it deserves.

I’ve been lucky enough to be the photographer at so many amazing weddings across Cornwall at wonderful wedding venues like Lusty Glaze, Nancarrow Farm, Kilminorth Cottages, Pengenna Manor, Chycara and Cosawes Barton to name a few.

In my opinion, every wedding day is unique and each couple brings their own personality and character to their wedding. That’s what I aim to capture, you being you!

Being a wedding photographer in Cornwall is a dream job for me, I get to meet great couples like you, go to beautiful locations and tell stories with my photography.

Award Winning Wedding Photographer in Cornwall

Award Winning Wedding Photographer

Trust is so important to have in your wedding photographer. I’ve shot roughly 150 weddings in my career, and have been lucky enough to have picked up a few awards along the way. I was ranked ‘Top 30 Photographers in the World 2018’ by This Is Reportage and am currently ranked number one for both Cornwall & Devon, with seven awards to my name. I’m one of only a few photographers in the South West to have picked up a coveted Fearless Award, and am proud to have two to my name, which puts me in the top three for my area. But more importantly than any of that to me is the amazing feedback I’ve received from all of my couples. Thank you to each and every one of you!

My approach to wedding photography is to become a part of the wedding day; more of a guest with a camera rather than a wedding photographer! I’m very laid back and have been complemented for being an oasis of calm at the wedding! As far as I’m concerned, your wedding day should not be a ‘photo-shoot’, but should be an awesome celebration that you can be fully present in and enjoy to the max. I focus on capturing real moments and real emotion in a creative and artistic way. My Best of 2019 collection is a great way to get a good sense of my style.

I love to be involved with every type of wedding day, from traditional to alternative, and especially love it when a couple throws the rule-book out and makes it properly individual! I work long hours on the day to capture more of the story, from the morning preparations right through to the dance-floor carnage; I’ll be there, right in the thick of it!
